Association Centre for Dharma Studies Rabten Jampa Ling, through the website rabten.ro, respects the confidentiality of your data and collects only the information strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the site and for order processing.

    Technical information strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site (e.g. minimal server log data).

  • When placing an order:
    Information strictly necessary for the registration, processing and delivery of the order and for the fulfilment of legal obligations (invoicing, bookkeeping).

    The information you choose to send us (contact details and message content), strictly so that we can reply to you.

We do not collect more data than you enter or than is strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the website and order processing.
We do not use analytics services such as Google Analytics, we do not profile and we do not use the data for personalised advertising.

2. Why we use data

We only use your data for:

  • the functioning and security of the website;

  • picking, processing and delivery of orders;

  • issuing legal documents (e.g. invoices);

  • communicating with you about orders or requests sent;

  • fulfil legal obligations.

Processing is mainly done under:

  • contract performance (online orders),

  • legal (accounting/tax) obligations,

  • legitimate interest (site security) in accordance with GDPR.

You can use the site without creating an account and without placing an order, in which case we collect only the technical information that is strictly necessary.
