Association Centre for Dharma Studies Rabten Jampa Ling, through the website rabten.ro, respects the confidentiality of your data and collects only the information strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the site and for order processing.

You can use the site without creating an account and without placing an order, in which case we collect only the technical information that is strictly necessary.

4. Where and how long we store data
Data is securely stored on our hosting provider's servers and Rabten Jampa Ling's internal systems.

dealing with requests sent.
After the necessary time limits have expired, the data is deleted or anonymised to the extent permitted by law.

We do not normally transfer your data outside the European Union / European Economic Area.
If, exceptionally, such a transfer would be necessary, it will only be done with the safeguards set out in the GDPR and the policy will be updated accordingly.
