About the event
We are delighted to announce that The Venerable Gonsar Rinpoche will be back in Romania, in Bucharest, during 27-28 September, to teach and confer the blessings of long life through initiation into White Country.
Venerable Gonsar Gonsar Rinpoce will convey essential aspects of the teachings of Buddha Śākyamuni as transmitted through an unbroken chain of Indian and Tibetan masters. The teachings will be based on one of the texts composed by the great Bengali master Atiśa Dīpamkara-śrī-jñāna, who played the most important role in the transmission of Buddhist teachings from India to Tibet.
On the occasion of this event the master Gonsar Rinpoce will give the (long) text „The swift attraction of sweeping power” - a hymn of praise to White Tara, which the author is himself. The text will be available in Romanian.
The lessons will be in English with interpretation into Romanian.
